Meet the Staff

The administrative and surgical personnel at West Jersey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, PC are highly experienced in outpatient surgical care and anesthesia care. Their mission is to provide a superior level of customer service so that your experience at West Jersey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, PC is the best possible. The staff are well-versed in insurance and financial policies and follow a strict infection control protocol. All of the administrative and surgical staff members are certified in basic life support (CPR).

PRACTICE MANAGER

Jody Reed, R.D.A., joined the practice in 1997. She is knowledgeable concerning the many aspects of dentistry. In addition to overseeing the staff and the operational aspects of the practice, Jody is also the Dental Implant/Treatment Coordinator which allows her to serve as a liaison between the patient, referring dentist and Dr. Sansevere. She has her NJ Dental X-ray License, her Nitrous Oxide Certificate, and the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification. Jody is a Registered Dental Assistant.

INSURANCE/FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

Kelly Strauss joined the practice in 1997, and has been involved in the dental community since 1984. She brings many years' experience in handling the various aspects of dental and medical insurance. Kelly is dedicated to maximizing your insurance benefits and is available to answer your questions concerning insurance. As the HIPAA coordinator she ensures the office is compliant with protecting your personal health information.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Mary Passione joined the practice in 2005 and is a front desk receptionist. She communicates with referring dentists to ensure the office receives pertinent information prior to their visit. In addition, Mary retrieves online registration forms, maintains the website, and creates digital forms. She pursues continuing education to further develop her software computer skills. In addition, Mary maintains administrative inventory and is responsible for marketing the practice

Karen Wrobleski joined the practice in 2006 as a front desk receptionist. She has been working in the field of dentistry since 1979. Karen is our Schedule Coordinator. She also manages our recall system to insure that follow-up care is maintained. Additionally, Karen oversees the computers and is the liaison with our computer software company. She keeps current on the latest software by attending continuing education.

SURGICAL ASSISTANTS

Alice Morrison, R.D.A., joined the practice in 2006 and brings orthodontic knowledge and experience. She coordinates out-patient surgeries at the Hunterdon Medical Center and the Hunterdon Center for Surgery. In addition, she maintains OSHA updates and training. She has her NJ Dental X-ray License, her Nitrous Oxide Certificate, and the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification. Alice is a Registered Dental Assistant.

Jessica Grant, R.D.A., joined the practice in 2008. She has worked in the dental field since 2003. She is responsible for inventory and purchasing of dental supplies for the office. Jessica also coordinates the monthly maintenance and biological testing of sterilization equipment. She has her NJ Dental X-ray License, the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification, and is a Registered Dental Assistant.
